Oven Kabocha Squash
Ingredients for Oven Kabocha Squash:
1 whole Kabocha.
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 450ºF.
Scrub the squash cut in half and scoop out the seeds
Place halves on a lightly oiled baking dish and cover baking for 45 minutes.
Uncover and bake for 15 more minutes.
Take out of oven and wait 5-10 minutes to cool off.
Slice the Kabocha to your liking and serve.
